karabiner: add device and language conditions to key mappings

- Add isBuiltIn condition to only apply mappings to built-in keyboard
- Add isTurkish condition to only apply Turkish character mappings when Turkish input is active
- Apply conditions to spacebar mapping and all Turkish character remappings
