AK: Make NonnullRefPtr::operator=(NonnullRefPtr<U>&&) cast incoming pointer.

Same as the RefPtr issue I just fixed. This makes it possible to assign a
NonnullRefPtr<Derived>&& to a NonnullRefPtr<Base>.
