LibJS: Rename {Abstract,Typed => Loosely,Strictly}{Equals,Inequals}
This affects the AST's BinaryOp enum as well as the Bytecode's ENUMERATE_BYTECODE_OPS and JS_ENUMERATE_COMMON_BINARY_OPS macros.
