WindowServer+Taskbar: Send WM icon updates as Gfx::ShareableBitmap

Browse source 
Window icons in Taskbar were previously received in WM events with
shbuf ID's. Now that Gfx::ShareableBitmap is backed by anonymous files,
we can easily switch to using those.
