LibGL+LibSoftGPU: Implement normalization of normals

* LibGL now supports the `GL_NORMALIZE` capability
* LibSoftGPU transforms and normalizes the vertices' normals

Normals are heavily used in texture coordinate generation, to be
implemented in a future commit.
