LibWeb: Handle ValueListStyleValues in StyleResolver

This implements a lot of cases, but not all of them. The following
need more infrastructure first:

- Flex
- FlexFlow
- Background
- BackgroundImage
- BackgroundRepeat
- ListStyle and parts
- Font

Also, colors are not parsed correctly. This will be handled next.
