LibDSP: Refactor OOP non-functionally

Browse source 
* Don't inherit from Core::Object everywhere, that's overkill. Use
  RefCounted instead.
* Change some constructor visibilites to facilitate the above.
* default-implement all virtual destructors if possible.
* Drive-by include hygiene.
