LibJS: Add FIXMEs for parsing increment operators with function LHS/RHS

The parser considers it a syntax error at the moment, other engines
throw a ReferenceError during runtime for ++foo(), --foo(), foo()++ and
foo()--, so I assume the spec defines this.
