HackStudio: Rename HackStudio::ServerConnection=>ConnectionToServer

Also renames ServerConnectionWrapper=>ConnectionToServerWrapper
and ServerConnectionInstances=>ConnectionToServerInstances

This was done with CLion's automatic rename feature.
