LibWebView+WebContent: Add a WebContent IPC to remove a DOM node

The FIXME added to ConnectionFromClient::remove_dom_node is copied from
Web::EditEventHandler. The same behavior is observed here, with many
lingering Layout::TextNodes, for example.
