Everywhere: Stop using NonnullRefPtrVector
This class had slightly confusing semantics and the added weirdness doesn't seem worth it just so we can say "." instead of "->" when iterating over a vector of NNRPs. This patch replaces NonnullRefPtrVector<T> with Vector<NNRP<T>>.
