LibCoreDump: CoreDumpReader => CoreDump::Reader
As mentioned in 2d39da5
the usual pattern is that LibFoo provides a Foo
namespace - LibCoreDump doesn't, so this renames CoreDumpReader to
Reader and puts it in the CoreDump namespace. :^)
