LibGL: Stub lots of map-related methods

This adds stubs for `glMap(1|2)(d|f)`, `glMapGrid(1|2)(d|f)`,
`glEvalCoord(1|2)(d|f)`, `glEvalMesh(1|2)` and `glEvalPoint(1|2)`.
