The following apps get new icons:
- IRCClient
- ProcessManager
- Snake
- Terminal
- TextEditor
...and the PaintBrush icon has its saturation increased a bit.
Also remove FontEditor from the Launcher default settings since it
doesn't really belong in the set of commonly used apps.
