b10da81c7c LibVideo: Fast-path converting colors by only matrix coefficients
We don't need to run through the whole floating-point color converter
for videos that use sRGB transfer characteristics and BT.709 color
primaries. This commit adds a new templated inlining function to
ColorConverter to do a very fast fixed-point YCbCr to RGB conversion.

With the fast path, frame conversion times go from ~7.8ms down to
~3.7ms. The fast path can benefit a lot more from extra SIMD vector
width, as well.

5b4c1056f1 LibVideo/Color: Always inline convert_yuv_to_full_range_rgb()
Inlining the color conversion reduces time spent for frame conversions
in a 1080p video from ~12ms down to ~9ms.

7a58577fee LibVideo: Convert subsampled frames in a vectorization-friendly way
This change reduces the time spent converting frames for display in
a 1080p video from ~19ms per frame to ~12ms per frame.

89b98830f6 LibVideo: Rename "ColorRange" to "VideoFullRangeFlag"
That matches the terminology used in ITU-T Rec. H.273,
PNG's cICP chunk, and the ICC cicpTag.

Also change the enum values to match the values in the spec --
0 means "not full range" and 1 means "full range".

(For now, keep the "Unspecified" entry around, and give it value 2.
This value is not in the spec.)

No intended behavior change.

6fd478b6ce Everywhere: Remove unused includes of AK/Format.h
These instances were detected by searching for files that include
AK/Format.h, but don't match the regex:

\\b(CheckedFormatString|critical_dmesgln|dbgln|dbgln_if|dmesgln|FormatBu
ilder|__FormatIfSupported|FormatIfSupported|FormatParser|FormatString|Fo
rmattable|Formatter|__format_value|HasFormatter|max_format_arguments|out
|outln|set_debug_enabled|StandardFormatter|TypeErasedFormatParams|TypeEr
asedParameter|VariadicFormatParams|v_critical_dmesgln|vdbgln|vdmesgln|vf
ormat|vout|warn|warnln|warnln_if)\\b

(Without the linebreaks.)

This regex is pessimistic, so there might be more files that don't
actually use any formatting functions.

Observe that this revealed that Userland/Libraries/LibC/signal.cpp is
missing an include.

In theory, one might use LibCPP to detect things like this
automatically, but let's do this one step after another.

6b392cef9c LibVideo: Treat BT.601/709/2020 input transfer characteristics as sRGB
I've realized that it probably makes more sense to change the input
transfer characteristics to treat these as sRGB since color conversion
in linear converted from BT.709 doesn't really make sense. If content
creation applications expect media players to display BT.709 without
conversions, this means they expect applications to treat it as sRGB,
since that's what most displays use. That most likely also means they
process it as sRGB internally, meaning we should do the same for our
color primaries conversion.

3720f66bb1 LibVideo: Set CodingIndependentCodePoints in its member functions
This moves the setting of code points in CICP structs to member
functions completely so that the code having to set these code points
can be much cleaner.

cd127b65c3 LibVideo: Implement CICP color space conversion
This adds a struct called CodingIndependentCodePoints and related enums
that are used by video codecs to define its color space that frames
must be converted from when displaying a video.

Pre-multiplied matrices and lookup tables are stored to avoid most of
the floating point division and exponentiation in the conversion.
