6dfb2f9dc8 Everywhere: Merge the WebSocket service into RequestServer
This keeps the APIs separate as they are wildly different, a future
improvement could be to somehow unify the APIs (if possible).

Closes #23080.

4cfeb41c4b LibWebView+WebContent: Add APIs to manipulate DOM nodes
This adds APIs to allow Ispector clients to:
* Change a DOM text or comment node's text data.
* Add, replace, or remove a DOM element's attribute.
* Change a DOM element's tag.

c03b69e664 LibWebView+Ladybird: Remove now-unused WebView TreeModel
This was used to provided base functionality for model-based chromes for
viewing the DOM and accessibility trees. All chromes now use the WebView
inspector model for those trees, thus this class is unused.

1fe486cebe LibWebView: Implement a WebView-based Inspector client
This is modeled after a similar implementation for the JS console.

This client takes over an inspector WebView (created by the chrome) to
create the inspector application. Currently, this application includes
the DOM tree and accessibility tree as a first pass. It can later be
extended to included the style tables, the JS console itself, etc.

4d356cfca5 LibWebView: Create a PropertyTableModel helper class for table models
We currently have StylePropertiesModel and AriaPropertiesStateModel in
LibWebView. These depend on GUI::Model and GUI::ModelIndex, which is the
only reason that the non-Serenity Ladybird chromes require LibGUI.
Further, these classes are very nearly idenitical.

This creates a PropertyTableModel to provide the base functionality for
all table-based model types used by all Ladybird chromes. It contains
code common to the style / ARIA table models, and handles the slight
differences between the two (namely, just the manner in which the values
are flattened into a list during construction).

The Qt and Serenity chromes can create thin wrappers around this class
to adapt its interface to their chrome-specific model classes (i.e.
QAbstractItemModel and GUI::Model).

3999c74237 LibWebView: Create a TreeModel helper class for DOM/accessibility models
We currently have DOMTreeModel and AccessibilityTreeModel in LibWebView.
These depend on GUI::Model and GUI::ModelIndex, which is the only reason
that the non-Serenity Ladybird chromes require LibGUI. Further, these
classes are very nearly idenitical.

This creates a TreeModel class to provide the base functionality for all
tree-based model types used by all Ladybird chromes. It contains code
common to the DOM / accessibility tree models, and handles the slight
differences between the two (namely, just the formatting of each node's
text for display).

The Qt and Serenity chromes can create thin wrappers around this class
to adapt its interface to their chrome-specific model classes (i.e.
QAbstractItemModel and GUI::Model).

b770ed03ac LibWebView: Define the list of built-in search engines in LibWebView
These engines and their query URLs are duplicated in several places.
Before implementing search support in the AppKit chrome, let's move
these engines to LibWebView.

a8f0fa5dd4 LibWebView+LibPublicSuffix: Merge LibPublicSuffix into LibWebView
After d2c7e1ea7d, there is now only one
user of LibPublicSuffix - the URL sanitation utility within LibWebView.
Rather than having an entire library for the small Public Suffix data
accessor, merge it into LibWebView.

191e20d639 LibWebView: Add a helper to sanitize a user-provided URL
We currently implement several forms of this method across the Ladybird
chromes. As such, we see commits to add special URL handling that only
affects a single chrome. Instead, let's consolidate all special handling
in a single location for all chromes to make use of.

This method can handle resolving file:// URLs, falling back to a search
engine query, and validation against the Public Suffix List. These cases
were gathered from the various chromes.

5c5a00dd3a Ladybird+LibWebView: Move CookieJar, Database, and History to LibWebView

that non-Serenity chromes don't have to awkwardly reach into its headers
and sources.

bf59e06d2a Ladybird+LibWebView: Extract common JS console functionality to a helper
This creates WebView::ConsoleClient to handle functionality that will be
common to the JS consoles of all Ladybird chromes. This will let each
chrome focus on just the UI.

Note that this includes the `console.group` functionality that only the
Serenity chrome previously had. This was a FIXME in the Qt chrome, and
it is implemented such that all chromes will receive this functionality
for free.

1e1c3e5a34 LibWebView: Create a method to syntax-highlight page source with HTML
This tokenizes a page's source to produce HTML with syntax highlighting.
The first implementation here is rather simple; we do not yet implement
code folding, line numbers, etc.

The goal is for this to be used as the View Source implementation for
all Ladybird chromes.

afb07281ad Browser+LibWebView: Load and Display ARIA Properites and State
The inspector widget now has a new ARIA tab which displays an
individual element's ARIA properties and state. The view itself
is pretty basic for now, just being a table- there is definitely room
for some better UX here but it's enough for a first cut.

e361025cfb Browser: Add Accessibility Tab to Inspector Widget
This tab allows you to view the accessibility tree like you do
the DOM tree. The implementation limited to the role currently,
once we add the name and description calculation algorithm, those
will be displayed here as well. Selections are also not currently
supported.

ce2f1b845f Everywhere: Mark dependencies of most targets as PRIVATE
Otherwise, we end up propagating those dependencies into targets that
link against that library, which creates unnecessary link-time
dependencies.

Also included are changes to readd now missing dependencies to tools
that actually need them.

cd7262ee56 LibWeb+LibWebView+WebContent: Add Web::Platform::ImageCodecPlugin
This replaces the previous Web::ImageDecoding::Decoder interface.
While we're doing this, also move the SerenityOS implementation of this
interface from LibWebView to WebContent. That means we no longer have to
link with LibImageDecoderClient in applications that use a web view.

662711fa26 Browser+LibWeb+WebContent: Allow Browser to load local files
To achieve this goal:
 - The Browser unveils "/tmp/portal/filesystemaccess"
 - Pass the page through LoadRequest => ResourceLoader
 - ResourceLoader requests a file to the FileSystemAccessServer via IPC
 - OutOfProcessWebView handles it and sends a file descriptor back to
 the Page.

c00ae53b66 LibWeb: Abstract the LibProtocol ResourceLoader connection
This is the final component that required LibProtocol as a dependency
of LibWeb. With this, we can now remove the dependency, and LibWeb no
longer requires IPC to work :^)

2a359695c6 LibWeb: Abstract the LibProtocol WebSockets connection
Much like the ImageDecoder change, this moves the underlying connection
of the Web::WebSockets class from LibWeb to LibWebView, removing the
need for LibProtocol in LibWeb for this specific use-case.

2198091bbc LibWeb: Abstract the image decoding via Web::ImageDecoding::Decoder
After this change, LibWeb now expects Web::ImageDecoding::Decoder to be
pre-initialized with a concrete implementation before using the webpage.
The previous implementation, based on the ImageDecoder service, has been
provided directly through an adapter in LibWebClient, and is now used as
the default value by WebContent.
