Libraries: Create top level directory for libraries.
Things were getting a little crowded in the project root, so this patch
moves the Lib*/ directories into Libraries/.

LibHTML: Let the layout tree own the style tree.
Each layout node is now constructed with an owning back-pointer to the style
tree node that originated it.

LibHTML: Start fleshing out block layout.
The basic idea of block layout is: width, then children based on width,
then height based on height of children.

LibHTML: Add a Frame class, start fleshing out recursive layout.
Layout is initiated from Frame::layout(). It makes the document's layout
node as wide as the frame, and then we'll take it from there.
