HTML fragments are parsed with a temporary HTML document that never has
its flag set to say that it is ready to have scripts executed. For these
fragments, in the HTMLParser, these scripts are prepared, but
execute_script is never called on them.
This results in the HTMLParser waiting forever on the document to be
ready to have scripts executed.
To fix this, only wait for the document to be ready if we are definitely
going to execute a script.
This fixes a hang processing the HTML in the attached test, as seen on:

With this change, Document now always has a Web::Page. This means we no
longer rely on the breakable link between Document and BrowsingContext
to find a relevant Web::Page.
Fixes#22290
(Or rather, bring offsetLeft and offsetTop closer to spec, and implement
the previously-missing offsetParent)
This makes mouse inputs on https://nerget.com/fluidSim/ work properly.
We currently create a shadow tree once for each DOM element that renders
with a shadow tree (e.g. <input>, <details>). If such an element is
removed from the DOM, we must remove its shadow tree. Otherwise, the
shadow tree will refer to the old document in perpetuity.
If the node is added back to a DOM, then recreate the shadow tree.
As far as I can tell all of these steps are just equivalent to using the
qualified name. Add some tests which cover some of these cases, and
remove the FIXME's.
The main issues are using Structured{Serialize,Deserailize} instead of
Structured{Serialize,Deserialize}WithTransfer and the temporary
execution context usage for StructuredDeserialize.
Allows Discord to load once again, as it uses a postMessage scheduler
to render components, including the main App component. The callback
checked the (previously) non-existent source attribute of the
MessageEvent and returned if it was not the main window.
Fixes the Twitch cookie consent banner saying "failed integrity check"
for unknown reasons, but presumably related to the source and origin
attributes.
These allow accessing embeds, forms, images and objects with a given
name attribute, and any element with a given id attribute, as top level
properties on the global object.
It also allows accessing NavigableContainers by target name as top level
properties on the global object.
The current implementation feels very expensive. It's likely that
these values will need smarter caching in the future.
And implement WindowProperties, the "named properties object" for Window
according to the spec.
This involves moving an AO out of LegacyPlatformObject and into a common
place that the WindowProperties class can access.
This doesn't implement the AOs on Window that actually name lookup for
the unenumerable named properties on the window yet, just the
scaffolding.
We skip serializing any of the internal state of the Regex<ECMA262>
object, because that state is all computable from the input pattern
and flags. If it turns out that this is really, really slow, we can add
some optimizations to serialize more of the regex parse result.
The invariants for these property getters are supposed to be checked by
the has_entries_and_events_disabled AO, but we don't have all the
plumbing hooked up between Navigables and Navigation yet.
Add a test to make sure that these methods don't assert when calling
them on a fresh page.
