This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

When updating /usr/Ports/AvailablePorts.md, the file or even the entire
/usr/Ports directory might not exist.
To cope with this, we should be able to create it ourselves. To ensure
we are able to do this, we should unveil both /usr and /usr/Ports.
