1682f0b760 Everything: Move to SPDX license identifiers in all files. 
SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

See: https://spdx.dev/resources/use/#identifiers

This was done with the `ambr` search and replace tool.

 ambr --no-parent-ignore --key-from-file --rep-from-file key.txt rep.txt *

2976311536 PixelPaint: Add keyboard zoom shortcuts 
You can now use Ctrl+= and Ctrl+- to zoom in and out.

b48b8c372e PixelPaint: Add Zoom Reset button to new View Menubar. 
If you lose your image while panning and zooming around, it is handy to
have a reset function to get back home. :^)
