afd52e2576 PixelPaint: Tool properties panel 
Each tool can have its own set of properties that can be modified
through a panel on the right side.

The tools I've added properties for are:

Pen:
	Thickness

Brush:
	Size
	Hardness

Spray:
	Thickness
	Density

Bucket:
	Threshold

116cf92156 LibGfx: Rename Rect,Point,Size => IntRect,IntPoint,IntSize 
This fits nicer with FloatRect,FloatPoint,FloatSize and gives a much
better visual clue about what type of metric is being used.

These events are in image coordinates, not really original coordinates.
