1a3a0836c0 Everywhere: Use CMake to generate AK/Debug.h. 
This was done with the help of several scripts, I dump them here to
easily find them later:

d69a8a9958 Everywhere: Replace a bundle of dbg with dbgln. 
These changes are arbitrarily divided into multiple commits to make it
easier to find potentially introduced bugs with git bisect.
