86ee7d219e LibCompress/LZW: Use its own debug flag
The file still used the `GIF_DEBUG` flag from when it was a part of the
GIF decoder. Let's give `LZWDecoder` its own flag.

fcaebe56d7 LibCompress/LZW: Use a parameter to choose when to change the code size
Some users of the LZW algorithm use a different value to determine when
the size of the code changes. GIF increments the size when the number of
elements in the table is equal to 2^code_size while TIFF does it for a
count of 2^code_size - 1.

This patch adds the parameter m_offset_for_size_change with a default
value of 0 and our decoder will increment the code size when we reach
a table length of 2^code_size + m_offset_for_size_change. This allows us
to support both situations.

The Serenity AudioServer assumes that all audio is stereo, so we

d64ffb1b9b LibWeb: Output audio in stereo regardless of the encoded channel count
Audio loaders currently always output two channels, even if they were
encoded as mono. Therefore, we have to hardcode the channel count in
our audio plugin to avoid crashing until we can handle mono or multi-
channel audio better.

f4a847894f LibPDF: Make SampledFunction::evaluate() work for n-dimensional input
I didn't find example code for this and the AI assistant did very
poorly on this as well. So I had to write it all by myself!

It can be much more efficient I think, but I think the overall
shape is maybe roughly fine.

66bd75f2b9 LibWeb: Add a TimingFunction struct implementing the Web Easing spec
This is mostly a copy-paste of the algorithms already in StyleComputer
with spec links and comments. The only thing that really changed is the
handling of values outside of the range [0, 1] in the cubic bezier
function.

The implementation in StyleComputer will be removed in a later commit.

ec739460e0 LibPDF: Add test for SampledFunction and fix bugs found by it
* SampledFunction now keeps the StreamObject it gets data from alive
(doesn't matter too much in practice, but does matter in the test,
where nothing else keeps the stream alive).

* If a sample is an integer, we would previously sample that value
twice and then divide by zero when interpolating. Make sure to
  sample 1 unit apart.

78d455e231 LibWeb: Add an Internals API to trigger a user-activated (trusted) event
Some DOM APIs are restricted to user-activated events. For example, you

Internals API to simulate such a gesture.

72bb928dd8 LibWeb: Add spec comments to HTMLParser::handle_in_body
I have been going down into a bit of a rabbit hole trying to figure out
why the namespace is not getting set up properly on certain attributes.
At one stage, I thought the issue might have been around here where
attributes were being adjusted (it is not). I started adding spec
comments to understand what was happening, and by the time I realised it
wasn't in this place, I was already in too deep!

Add a whole bunch of spec comments, and leave one or two minor FIXME's
where the spec seems to have changed since this was originally
implemented.
