Also run it across the whole tree to get everything using the One True Style.
We don't yet run this in an automated fashion as it's a little slow, but
there is a snippet to do so in makeall.sh.

LibC: Bring the C library close enough to newlib to trick GCC.

Now we can build GCC with --with-newlib, which hopefully cuts down on weird
toolchain build issues.

This is quite nice, although I wish [[gnu::always_inline]] implied inline.
Also "gnu::" is kind of a wart, but whatcha gonna do.
