59ed235c85 Kernel: Implement O_DIRECT open() flag to bypass disk caches
Files opened with O_DIRECT will now bypass the disk cache in read/write
operations (though metadata operations will still hit the disk cache.)

This will allow us to test actual disk performance instead of testing
disk *cache* performance, if that's what we want. :^)

There's room for improvment here, we're very aggressively flushing any
dirty cache entries for the specific block before reading/writing that
block. This is done by walking the entire cache, which may be slow.

70fb92fa0e LibC: Implemented atof()
`atof()` has now been implemented as part of the standard C library.
It supports scientific notation such as `1.2e-3` etc, ala the version
found as part of `glibc`.

It's a bit chunky, so there's probably room for optimisations here
and there, however, for now it works as intended (and allows Quake
to run).

704f48d7f3 POSIX compliance: (most) shell scripts converted to generic shell
Ports/.port_include.sh, Toolchain/BuildIt.sh, Toolchain/UseIt.sh
have been left largely untouched due to use of Bash-exclusive
functions and variables such as $BASH_SOURCE, pushd and popd.

1be4c6e9cf LibC: Stop stdio from adding null terminators out of bounds (#685)
When using the bounded string operations (e.g. snprintf), the null
terminator was always being written even if there was no space for
it (or indeed any valid buffer at all)

This overwriting caused segmentation faults and memory corruption

98c86e5109 Kernel: Move E2BIG calculation from Thread to Process
Thread::make_userspace_stack_for_main_thread is only ever called from
Process::do_exec, after all the fun ELF loading and TSS setup has
occured.

The calculations in there that check if the combined argv + envp
size will exceed the default stack size are not used in the rest of
the stack setup. So, it should be safe to move this to the beginning
of do_exec and bail early with -E2BIG, just like the man pages say.

Additionally, advertise this limit in limits.h to be a good POSIX.1
citizen. :)

bbee1c5b98 LibC: syslog and lots of compat stuff for it
This is an implementation of syslog with some OpenBSD extensions.
There is no syslogd support (so it only logs to dbgprintf/stderr),
but otherwise is functional.

Many weird defines are always present, because some syslog users in
the wild check for their existence.

aa42f56210 LibC: add arc4random* using new getrandom syscall
Serenity is really not production ready; I shouldn't have to warn
you not to trust the RNG here. This is for compatibility with
software expecting the interface.

arc4random does expose an annoying flaw with the syscall I want
to discuss with Kling though.

Also add some more multi-byte/wide conversion stub.

79d8b9ae75 LibC: unistd.h should provide SEEK_SET etc. if stdio.h is not included (#629)
Seems POSIX is odd and unistd also defines SEEK_SET if stdio.h
This simply follows the pattern several other C libraries take of setting
these macros to the same values in stdio if that header is not included.

8cfb859368 IPv4: Support overriding the default TTL (64)
Made getsockopt() and setsockopt() virtual so we can handle them in the
various Socket subclasses. The subclasses map kinda nicely to "levels".

This will allow us to implement things like "traceroute", although..
I spent some time trying to do that, but then hit a wall when it turned
out that the user-mode networking in QEMU doesn't preserve TTL in the
ICMP packets passing through.

6d7c928359 LibC: Add MAXPATHLEN to limits.h
MAXPATHLEN defines the longest permissable path length after expanding
symbolic links. It is used to allocate a temporary buffer from the buffer
pool in which to do the name expansion, hence should be a power of two.

On UNIX MAXPATHLEN has the same size as PATH_MAX.

c74e4d0c80 LibC: Pass the environment as third argument to main()
After some very confused debugging, I discovered that GNU make has a
main() function with this signature:

int main(int argc, char** argv, char** envp)

Apparently this is a non-standard but widely supported thing, so let's
do the same in Serenity so make works as expected.

This fixes an issue where you had to do "make PATH=..." instead of make
just picking up PATH from the environment. :^)

the same errno. :^)

73fdbba59c AK: Rename <AK/AKString.h> to <AK/String.h>
This was a workaround to be able to build on case-insensitive file
systems where it might get confused about <string.h> vs <String.h>.

Let's just not support building that way, so String.h can have an
objectively nicer name. :^)
