Previously, we did an evenodd fill for everything which while for most
SVGs works, it is not correct default (it should be nonzero), and broke
some SVGs. This fixes a few of the icons on https://shopify.com/.
This implements the stop-opacity, fill-opacity, and stroke-opacity
properties (in CSS). This replaces the existing more ad-hoc
fill-opacity attribute handling.
This bit is mostly ad-hoc for now. This simply turns fill: url(#grad1)
into document().get_element_by_id('grad1') then resolves the gradient.
This seems to do the trick for most use cases, but this is not
attempting to follow the spec yet to keep things simple.
Gfx::Color is always 4 bytes (it's just a wrapper over u32) it's less
work just to pass the color directly.
This also updates IPCCompiler to prevent from generating
Gfx::Color const &, which makes replacement easier.
This patch changes the initialization of the fill_color of an SVGContext
to transparent instead of black to not draw a black filling if the
elements fill_color is defined as "none".
This makes the selected-in-the-inspector outline appear in the right
place. We take the stroke-width into account when producing the
bounding box, which makes the fit nice and snug. :^)
SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

A C++ source file containing just
#include <LibFoo/Bar.h>
should always compile cleanly.
This patch adds missing header inclusions that could have caused weird error
messages if they were used in a different context. Also, this confused QtCreator.
