e63f68661f LibWeb: Have ImageProvider bitmap getter take optional size argument
This allows the painting subsystem to request a bitmap with the exact
size needed for painting, instead of being limited to "just give me a
bitmap" (which was perfectly enough for raster images, but not for
vector graphics).

7652dbd983 LibWeb: Use box sampling instead of bilinear scaling when downscaling
As a heuristic, either the width or height of the scaled image should
decrease for box sampling to be used. Otherwise, we use bilinear
scaling.

c648e24cff LibWeb: Don't force HTMLImageElement to have a legacy ImageLoader
We achieve this by adding a new Layout::ImageProvider class and having
both HTMLImageElement and HTMLObjectElement inherit from it.

The HTML spec is vague on how object image loading should work, which
is why this first pass is focusing on image elements.

3cf73ca0b3 LibWeb: Implement enough of "update the image data" to load images
This first pass is enough to get us:
- Image loading via fetch
- Source selection via srcset and sizes attributes

dbe961ca02 LibWeb: Move image viewport awareness from ImageBox to ImagePaintable
Images being aware of being visible inside the viewport is a painting
concern, not a layout concern.

f7e034d4b2 LibGfx+Userland: Merge FrameShape and FrameShadow into FrameStyle
Previously, Frames could set both these properties along with a
thickness to confusing effect: Most shapes of the same shadowing only
differentiated at a thickness >= 2, and some not at all. This led
to a lot of creative but ultimately superfluous choices in the code.

Instead let's streamline our options, automate thickness, and get
the right look without so much guesswork.

Plain shadowing has been consolidated into a single Plain style,
and 0 thickness can be had by setting style to NoFrame.

4d401bf796 LibWeb: Make the paint tree GC-allocated
This simplifies the ownership model between DOM/layout/paint nodes
immensely by deferring to the garbage collector for figuring out what's
live and what's not.

ab49dbf137 LibWeb: Convert Paintable coordinates to new pixel units
This fixes a few sizing issues too. The page size is now correct in most
cases! \o/

We get to remove some of the `to_type<>()` shenanigans, though it
reappears in some other places.

4507920187 LibWeb: Fix position: fixed canvases/images disappearing when scrolling
This fixes the Serenity logo vanishing after scrolling on the 4th
birthday post.

The previous check did not account for any translation in the painter.
This now uses the painter's clip rect and translation to work out
if a rect is visible. It also makes use of `absolute_paint_rect()`
rather than `absolute_rect()` which can account for things like
box-shadows.

e72896e35e LibWeb: Get default fonts via Platform::FontPlugin
Instead of asking Gfx::FontDatabase for the "default font" and the
"default fixed-width font", we now proxy those requests out via
the Platform::FontPlugin. This will allow Ladybird to use other default
fonts as fallback.

ab19b092ed LibGfx: Implement Rect::to_rounded<U>()
This replaces the usage of `rounded_int_rect`, whose name did not
accurately reflect the rounding operation happening. For example, the
position of the rect was not rounded but floored, and the size was
pulled through `roundf` before casting to `int` which could result in
inadvertent flooring if the resulting floating point could not exactly
represent the rounded value.

ed84fbce47 LibWeb: Make Paintable ref-counted

alive while running arbitrary JavaScript in response to events.

02b316fd5c LibWeb: Let Paintable perform the painting
This patch adds a bunch of Paintable subclasses, each corresponding to
the Layout::Node subclasses that had a paint() override. All painting
logic is moved from layout nodes into their corresponding paintables.

Paintables are now created by asking a Layout::Box to produce one:

    static NonnullOwnPtr<Paintable> Layout::Box::create_paintable()

Note that inline nodes still have their painting logic. Since they
are not boxes, and all paintables have a corresponding box, we'll need
to come up with some other solution for them.
