Context menu entries like evaluate expression and
move execution to line action should only be enabled
when a debug session is running. Otherwise they should
be disabled.
When you press Ctrl+P while the cursor is inside the parameters list of
a function call site, HackStudio will request the C++ language server
to retrieve the parameters of the called function.
The result is displayed in a tooltip window, with the current argument
in bold font.
Previously, whenever Editor::set_document() was called, we destroyed
the previous LanguageClient instance of the editor and created a new
one.
We now check if the language of the existing LanguageClient matches the
new document, and if so we do not create a new LanguageClient instance.
This fixes an issue where doing "goto definition" would crash
HackStudio. This was probably introduced in 44418cb351.
The crash occurred because when doing "goto definition", we called a
AK::Function callback from the LanguageClient, which internally called
Editor::set_document().
Editor::set_document() destroyed the existing LanguageClient, which
cased a VERIFY in Function::clear() to fail because we were trying to
destroy the AK::Function object while executing inside it.
Gutter -- a space left of the text, before the ruler -- is not a part of
the ruler, nor should it be treated as such. This commit implements
gutter handling in LibGUI::TextEditor as part of mild cleaning up of the
gutter handling (breakpoint icons) in HackStudio's Editor.
This commit also enables separate theming of the gutter.
Renamed the virtual from "on_edit_action" to "will_execute" so it
doesn't clash with our convention for Function hook names.
Also tighten the parameter type to GUI::TextDocumentUndoCommand
since that's the only kind of command it will receive.
You can now right click in HackStudio's editor while debugging and
have the option to instantly move the current execution position to
the current line.
This implements a dialog that can be used to evaluate a JS expression
in the HackStudio's Debugger context. It also implements simple
C++ Variable <-> JS Value conversion, allowing for JS expressions
to read/write variables in the debugger scope.
Currently, C++ structs are mapped to JS objects by way of a JS proxy,
however this leads to issues when printing, so this will be changed
in a later commit.

The Locator now keeps a cache of the declared symbol in a document.
The language client updates that cache whenever it gets an update from
the language server about declared symbols.
This allows searching for symbol declarations in the Locator, in
addition to file names.

The C++ LanguageServer can now find the matching declaration for
variable names, function calls, struct/class types and properties.
When clicking on one of the above with Ctrl pressed, HackStudio will
ask the language server to find a matching declaration, and navigate
to the result in the Editor. :^)
