Userland: Rename loop0 to loop

Now that the kernel picks a different name for the loopback adapter
we should update userland to account for this.

Userland: Tighten a *lot* of pledges! :^)
...
Since applications using Core::EventLoop no longer need to create a
socket in /tmp/rpc/, and also don't need to listen for incoming
connections on this socket, we can remove a whole bunch of pledges!

SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

This was done with the `ambr` search and replace tool.
ambr --no-parent-ignore --key-from-file --rep-from-file key.txt rep.txt *

Userland: Rename *.MenuApplet => *.Applet
...
These are no longer displayed in the menu, so it doesn't make sense to
call them menu applets. :^)
