6135411ea8 Terminal: Enable double-buffering for the terminal widget
This was disabled originally because of performance paranoia, but it
resulted in flickering sometimes, so let's err on the side of nicer
looking terminals. :^)

418c6eb13b Terminal: Update window size increments on terminal font change
This fixes an issue where the window resize overlay would display
inaccurate "columns x rows" after a font change. This happened because
we kept using size increments derived from the original font.

c5b7c9f479 LibCore+LaunchServer: Move portal directory to /tmp/user/%uid
The `/tmp/user` directory is owned by root, this solution prevents
malicious users to interfere with other users' portals.

This commit also moves `launch`'s portal in the user directory.

70846d701c LaunchServer+SystemServer: Move the portal to a user-specific directory
Various changes are needed to support this:
 - The directory is created by Core::Account on login (and located in
   /tmp).
 - Service's sockets are now deleted on exit (to allow re-creation)
 - SystemServer needs to handle SIGTERM to correctly destroy services.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

7ceeb74535 AK: Use an enum instead of a bool for String::replace(all_occurences)
This commit has no behavior changes.

In particular, this does not fix any of the wrong uses of the previous
default parameter (which used to be 'false', meaning "only replace the
first occurence in the string"). It simply replaces the default uses by
String::replace(..., ReplaceMode::FirstOnly), leaving them incorrect.

a50a48f6b4 Terminal: Repair resizing
Because the content widget gets modified when resizing, the usual way of
calculating the min_size won't work for the Terminal window. So the

3fc0350caf LibCore: Return ErrorOr<pid_t> and support arguments in Process::spawn
This makes the wrapper more like the rest in LibCore, and also
removes the annoying limitation of not supporting arguments.

There are three overloads one for String, char const *, and StringView
argument lists. As long as there are <= 10 arguments the argv list
will be allocated inline, otherwise on the heap.

4a81b33c07 Everywhere: Fix -Winconsistent-missing-override warnings from Clang
This option is already enabled when building Lagom, so let's enable it
for the main build too. We will no longer be surprised by Lagom Clang
CI builds failing while everything compiles locally.

Furthermore, the stronger `-Wsuggest-override` warning is enabled in
this commit, which enforces the use of the `override` keyword in all
classes, not just those which already have some methods marked as
`override`. This works with both GCC and Clang.

1ff48a3ca4 Terminal: Modernize terminal settings as a standalone application
The settings for Terminal are extracted into their own application,
TerminalSettings, which is reachable over the normal Settings menu as
well as the same place in the Terminal menu. The font settings are moved
into these settings as well, which are now split up into the "Terminal"
and "View" tabs. The font settings themselves receive an option to
override the selected font with the system default on the user side.
The live update behavior of all of the terminal settings is retained.

The layout of the new TerminalSettings is based around the other
Settings applications, but pixel-perfectness is missing in some places.
It's a bit fiddly and I'd like to have some better GUI::Label auto-size
behavior, but oh well :^)

6704961c82 AK: Replace the mutable String::replace API with an immutable version
This removes the awkward String::replace API which was the only String
API which mutated the String and replaces it with a new immutable
version that returns a new String with the replacements applied. This
also fixes a couple of UAFs that were caused by the use of this API.

As an optimization an equivalent StringView::replace API was also added
to remove an unnecessary String allocations in the format of:
`String { view }.replace(...);`

e11d177618 Userland+LibGUI: Add shorthand versions of the Margins constructor
This allows for typing [8] instead of [8, 8, 8, 8] to specify the same
margin on all edges, for example. The constructors follow CSS' style of
specifying margins. The added constructors are:

- Margins(int all): Sets the same margin on all edges.
- Margins(int vertical, int horizontal): Sets the first argument to top
and bottom margins, and the second argument to left and right margins.
- Margins(int top, int vertical, int bottom): Sets the first argument to
the top margin, the second argument to the left and right margins,
and the third argument to the bottom margin.
