91558fa381 LibIPC+LibWeb: Add an IPC helper to transfer an IPC message buffer
This large block of code is repeated nearly verbatim in LibWeb. Move it
to a helper function that both LibIPC and LibWeb can defer to. This will
let us make changes to this method in a singular location going forward.

Note this is a bit of a regression for the MessagePort. It now suffers
from the same performance issue that IPC messages face - we prepend the
meessage size to the message buffer. This degredation is very temporary
though, as a fix is imminent, and this change makes that fix easier.

7e2d9bfd53 LibWeb: Avoid String<->ByteString src conversion in HTMLImageElement

9ce267944c LibWeb: Fix crash in HTML encoding detection when handling non-ASCII
The fix here was to stop using StringBuilder::append(char) when told to
append a code point, and switch to StringBuilder::append_code_point(u32)

There's probably a bunch more issues like this, and we should stop using
append(char) in general since it allows building of garbage strings.

6fe6166607 LibWeb: Put a cap on how many image loads we'll batch up before flushing
The BatchingDispatcher mechanism is used by HTMLImageElement to avoid
decoding one image at a time, since interleaving decode/layout/repaint
over and over takes way more time than doing many decodes followed by
a single layout/repaint pair.

Before this change, we didn't have a limit on how many batched loads
we'd allow ourselves to queue up, which could lead to situations where
more and more images kept being added to the queue, and never getting
processed.

This fixes the issue by putting an arbitrary limit (16) on the number
of batched image loads, and then allowing the flush to happen after
that instead of re-deferring processing.

0c7b1d27b4 LibWeb: Remove incomplete attempt to avoid repaints outside viewport
This code didn't account for position:fixed elements, which meant that
we'd swallow repaints for such elements when the viewport wasn't

We replace the incomplete optimization with a FIXME noting that this
needs to be handled correctly when reintroduced.

c5223ae77f LibWeb: Adjust create_document_for_inline_content() for future use
(Apologies for bad commit title, it's hard to explain in such a short
space!)

We're going to need to call this for producing markdown and gemini
documents, both of which need a Document and Realm to fetch the entire
response body, so that they can then generate their HTML. So this
commit modifies `create_document_for_inline_content()` to take a lambda
instead of a fixed HTML string, to support these uses.

Also, we always return a nonnull pointer, so make that the return type.

This is a move and change in the same commit, (Sorry!) but all the
changes are to the function signature and step 6.

6ffda5f271 LibWeb: Make HTMLParser::the_end() callable from outside
This is a little awkward: The spec requires when loading media documents
or ones that don't have a DOM, that we "act as if the user agent had
stopped parsing document" which means following this algorithm. Only a
few steps require an HTMLParser, but those that do, involve reaching
into its internals. The simplest solution I could think of (other than
duplicating this fairly hefty function) is making it static and taking
a Document and optional HTMLParser as parameters.

e2e7c4d574 Everywhere: Use to_number<T> instead of to_{int,uint,float,double}
In a bunch of cases, this actually ends up simplifying the code as
to_number will handle something such as:

```
Optional<I> opt;
if constexpr (IsSigned<I>)
    opt = view.to_int<I>();
else
    opt = view.to_uint<I>();
```

For us.

The main goal here however is to have a single generic number conversion
API between all of the String classes.

f68c67bf3f LibWeb: Implement MessagePort.postMessage closer to the spec
Use a LocalSocket to represent the connection between two message ports.

The concept of the port message queue is still missing, however. When
that concept is implemented, the "steps" in step 7 of the message port
transfer steps will need to send the serialized data over the connected
socketpair and run in the event loop of the process that holds onto the
other side of the message port. Doing this should allow centralizing the
behavior of postMessage for Window, MessagePorts and Workers.

a05fd28b7b LibWeb: Move use pseudo element styles from TreeBuilder to StyleComputer
The styling of elements using the `use_pseudo_element()` was only
applied on layout. When an element style was recomputed later that
styling was not overruled with the pseudo element selector styles.
This moves the styling override from `TreeBuilder.cpp` to
`StyleComputer.cpp`. Now the styles are always correctly applied.
I also removed the method `property_id_by_index()` because it was
not needed anymore.

Als some calls to `invalidate_layout()` in the Meter, Progress and
Select elements where not needed anymore because the style values
are update on the changing of the style attribute.

This fixes issue #22278.

e28ac74e0b LibWeb: Queue a task to proceed after module map entry finishes fetching
We were doing this synchronously, which was unsafe in that caused us to
re-enter the module map entry setting code while iterating over the
map's entries.

The fix is simply to do what the spec says and queue up a task. This way
the processing gets deferred to a later time.

To avoid stepping into this problem again, I've also added a reentrancy
check in ModuleMap.

This fixes a sporadic crash in HTML::ModuleMap::add() caught by ASAN.
In particular, this was happening regularly on https://shopify.com/
