5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:
  $ xs=$(ack -l \bDeprecatedString\b\|deprecated_string AK Userland \
    Meta Ports Ladybird Tests Kernel)
  $ perl -pie 's/\bDeprecatedString\b/ByteString/g;
    s/deprecated_string/byte_string/g' $xs
  $ clang-format --style=file -i \
    $(git diff --name-only | grep \.cpp\|\.h)
  $ gn format $(git ls-files '*.gn' '*.gni')

f02ccffaa8 WebServer: Show the correct port when using port 0
Specifying port 0 on the command line causes WebServer to select a
random available port. We now show the port WebServer is actually
using rather than assuming it is the same as the command line argument.

We've also pulled out the default root path instead of folding it in
with the receiving variables, so that it's uniform across all options
with default values.

5d305845e3 WebServer: Require document root and credentials as config init params
Now, there is nothing that can react to `set_...()` calls, so
offering this possibility can cause wrong assumptions as to what one
can do as soon as a WebServer instance has launched.

The main program can still decide whether to supply the optional
credentials or not, but this way, the configuration can become a Value
Object that won't change after initial creation.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

dbd25916a3 LibCore+Userland+Tests: Convert Stream APIs to construct on heap
As per previous discussion, it was decided that the Stream classes
should be constructed on the heap.

While I don't personally agree with this change, it does have the
benefit of avoiding Function object reconstructions due to the lambda
passed to Notifier pointing to a stale object reference. This also has
the benefit of not having to "box" objects for virtual usage, as the
objects come pre-boxed.

However, it means that we now hit the heap everytime we construct a
TCPSocket for instance, which might not be desirable.

e77ca79897 WebServer: Move server configuration into WebServer::Configuration
This moves the configuration of the web server, which currently only

This change simplifies future extensions of the configurable parameters.

5d180d1f99 Everywhere: Rename ASSERT => VERIFY
(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)

Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.

We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.
