e4b7d38e18 LibGfx: Add LumaFilter
This allows you to specify a luminosity range, all pixels that fall
outside this range are set to black, the others are untouched.

06ae5b3536 LibGfx: Add BitmapMixer
With this BitmapMixer one can draw one Bitmap onto another with
different modes.
For now the only supported mixing methods implemented are Add and
Lightest (which is very naive).

ebaf211260 ThemeEditor: Implement a way to simulate color blindness in preview
Implement a mechanism that allows us to alter colors so that they
mimic those a colorblind person would see. From the color we can then
alter the colors for the whole preview so we can simulate everything
in the theme including icons/decorations.

This filter is also available as a Filter in LibGfx so it can be
reused in multiple other places.

The color simulation algorithm is based on this one
https://github.com/MaPePeR/jsColorblindSimulator publicly available.

0356ee95bc LibGfx: Add support for "The Quite OK Image Format" (QOI)
The spec had its first stable release today, so I figured we should
support it as well!
As usual, by using the regular LibGfx image decoder plugin architecture,
we immediately get support for it everywhere: ImageViewer, FileManager
thumbnails, PixelPaint, and (with a small change in the subsequent
commit) even the Browser :^)

51cf35988b LibGfx: Link against LibIPC
Gfx::Color implements an IPC::[en|de]code function, but we did not
actually link against LibIPC to resolve the needed Symbols for that and
were relying on LibGui or others to link against it for us.

Having this linkage is unfortunate, but static inlining the functions in
question is sadly not possible, due needed includes leading the IPC
pipeline to initialize multiple times then, which leads to a compilation
error.

e2cd558101 LibGfx: Start a very basic anti-aliased Painter implementation
This can currently draw AA lines (and by proxy, AA paths), and passes
all its output through a 2D affine transform to an underlying
Gfx::Painter.

af9be6e093 LibTTF/LibGfx: Remove circular dependency by merging LibTTF into LibGfx
LibTTF has a concrete dependency on LibGfx for things like Gfx::Bitmap,
and LibGfx has a concrete dependency in the TTF::Font class in
Gfx::FontDatabase. This circular dependency works fine for Serenity and
Lagom Linux builds of the two libraries. It also works fine for static
library builds on Lagom macOS builds.

However, future changes will make Lagom use shared libraries, and
circular library dependencies are not tolerated in macOS.

e11940fd01 Userland: Move text wrapping/elision into the new TextLayout :^)
This class now contains all the fun bits about laying out text in a
rect. It will handle line wrapping at a certain width, cutting off lines
that don't fit the given rect, and handling text elision.
Painter::draw_text now internally uses this.

Future work here would be not laying out text twice (once actually
preparing the lines to be rendered and once to get the bounding box),
and possibly adding left elision if necessary.

Additionally, this commit makes the Utf32View versions of
Painter::draw_text convert to Utf8View internally. The intention is to
completely remove those versions, but they're kept at the moment to keep
the scope of this PR small.

115b445dab LibGfx: Add basic support for bidirectional text rendering
This adds a *very* simplified version of the UNICODE BIDIRECTIONAL
ALGORITHM (https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr9/), that can render most
bidirectional text but also produces awkward results in a large amount
of edge cases, and as such, this should probably be replaced with a
fully spec compliant implementation at some point.

c12781a6a2 LibCore+LibHTTP+LibGfx: Switch to LibCompress
This commit removes the only 3rd party library (and its usages)
in serenity: puff, which is used for deflate decompression. and
replaces it with the existing original serenity implementation
in LibCompress. :^)

179dba652e LibGfx: Insert pixel and ttf fonts into Typeface structure
This adds a new structure 'Typeface' to the FontDatabase that
represents all fonts of the same family and variant.
It can contain a list of BitmapFonts with varying size but of
the same family and weight or a pointer to a single TTF font
for all sizes of this Typeface.

a1d7739607 LibGfx: adding a very simple PNG writer
With this patch it is possible to create PNG files. Only minimal options
are supported. The PNG is created with one big IDAT chunk containing
only non-compressible DEFLATE blocks.
