463aff827e LibGUI+WindowServer: Notify Windows on input preemption
Previously Menus set themselves as active input solely to make
sure CaptureInput modals would close, but this is a functional
half-truth. Menus don't actually use the active input role; they
preempt normal Windows during event handling instead.

Now the active input window is notified on preemption and Menus
can remain outside the active input concept. This lets us make
more granular choices about modal behavior. For now, the only
thing clients care about is menu preemption on popup.

Fixes windows which close on changes to active input closing
on their own context menus.

1dd9086e1a WindowServer: Remove misbehavior conditions for modals
This was too restrictive and there are already UI elements that rely
on this behavior. Now Blocking modals will preempt interaction with
all windows in their modal chain except those descending from them.
Fixes crashing in FilePicker when permission is denied.

788b16cbf8 WindowServer: Replace modal stacks with modal chains
And apply modal effects on move_to_front_and_make_active()

Instead of building a vector of windows every time we want to
loop over a group of related modals, simply recurse through
their ancestory. This lineage is now called a modal chain. Modal
chains begin at the first modeless parent, and a new chain
starts at every modeless child. This lets apps spawn child windows
independent of the main window's modal effects, restore state,
and workspace, yet still remain descendants.

Looping through a modal chain is recursive and includes the
modeless window which begins it.

0d4fd4e2a6 LibGfx+LibGUI+WindowServer+Apps+Demos: Replace ToolWindows
with the RenderAbove WindowMode. This mode will ensure child
windows always draw above their parents, even when focus is lost.
RenderAbove modals are automatically themed the same as the old
ToolWindows. Fixes ToolWindows rendering above ALL normal windows,
regardless of parent. We can't rely on WindowType to create these
sort of effects because of WindowManager's strict display hierarchy.

589572cfa4 LibGUI+WindowServer: Introduce WindowModes
Previously, Windows only understood blocking modality: Windows were
either modal, i.e., in a blocking state, or not. Windows could also
be set as Accessories or ToolWindows, attributes which technically
applied modes to their parents but were implemented ad hoc. This patch
redefines these modal effects as WindowModes and sets up some helpers.
This will let us simplify a lot of modal logic in the upcoming patches
and make it easier to build new modal effects in the future.

Windows can now set 1 of 5 modes before reification:
-Modeless:	No modal effect; begins a new modal chain
-Passive:	Window joins its modal chain but has no effect
-RenderAbove:	Window renders above its parent
-CaptureInput:	Window captures the active input role from its parent
-Blocking:	Window blocks all interaction with its modal chain

States like fullscreen and tiling are dynamic and don't alter behavior
in modal chains, so they aren't included.

9bcd7dc0ce WindowServer: Don't start a drag and drop unless holding Primary mouse
Adds a member to record the last processed mouse buttons. If they
do not include MouseButton::Primary, return early before creating
a new drag and drop client. This fixes race conditions in which
MouseUp events canceling or completing a drop could be swallowed
by Overlay creation or postponed by an executing DragOperation,
leaving the operation in limbo.

841d06f676 LibGUI+WindowServer: Create IPC calls for passing SystemEffects
SystemEffects are sent to the WindowManager through
set_system_effects() and broadcast to Desktop clients with
update_system_effects(). WindowManager is reponsible for saving,
loading and rebroadcasting effects from WindowServer.ini on
config changes.

5caf307ec0 WindowServer+MouseSettings: Toggle cursor highlighting with Super+H
Rather than enabling/disabling cursor highlighting by going into mouse
settings, you can now instead toggle it any time with Super+H. Mouse
settings now is only for customising the look of the highlighting.

This allows drawing a nice cursor highlight with an arbitrary color
and radius in the compositor. The highlight circle is, of course,
antialiased :^).

8070a98288 DisplaySettings+WindowServer: Allow updating theme without background
With this change you can now set the theme and background color at the
same time in the Display Settings. Before if both were changed
before hitting 'apply' the theme background color would overwrite
the custom background.

6992a07afc LibGUI+WindowServer: Add new WMEvent Super+Digit
This adds a keyboard event for Super+0 to Super+9. Later to be consumed
in the taskbar.

Currently only this keyboard sequence is supported:
  - Super key down
  - Digit key down

But not this:
  - Super key down
  - Digit key down
  - Digit key up
  - Digit key down

53ff271c6f WindowServer: Consolidate tiled and maximized window rects calculation
Calculating tiled and miximized window frame have a lot in common. In
fact, we can look at maximized window state as a special case of the
tile type. It simplifies the code since there is a lot of cases when
we take an action only if the window is maximized or tiled.

1cd77fd1b4 WindowServer: Preserve cursor position when dragging between states
Previously windows would end up in awkward positions relative to
the move cursor when dragging between tile types or unmaximizing.
This feels a bit more ergonomic.

0e3397aabe WindowServer: Fix visibility of WindowSwitcher constructor
Derivatives of Core::Object should be constructed through
ClassName::construct(), to avoid handling ref-counted objects with
refcount zero. Fixing the visibility means that misuses like this are
more difficult.

This commit is separate from the other Servives changes because it
required additional adaption of the code. Note that the old code did
precisely what these changes try to prevent: Create and handle a
ref-counted object with a refcount of zero.

30e91ecff6 Cursors: Add new Magnifying glass cursor
There are a few places in the system where this could be useful,
such as PixelPaint and the MandelBrot demo. It seems general enough
that it is probably useful to have it as a system-wide cursor rather
than loading it manually each time.

040a723f1f WindowServer: Add support for cursor themes
Now you can specify a CursorTheme key in /etc/WindowServer.ini. The
cursors are loaded from /res/cursor-themes/<name> directory. This
directory contains a Config.ini file with format similar to previous
Cursor section, except it uses relative paths.

This commit adds also Default theme, which uses cursors being
previously in /res/cursors.

The WidgetGallery is updated to match the new cursor path format.

611370e7dc LibGUI, WindowServer: Greatly simplify menubar logic
Currently, any number of menubars can be plugged in and out of a window.
This is unnecessary complexity, since we only need one menubar on a
window. This commit removes most of the logic for dynamically attaching
and detaching menubars and makes one menubar always available. The
menubar is only considered existent if it has at least a single menu in
it (in other words, an empty menubar will not be shown).

This commit additionally fixes a bug wherein menus added after a menubar
has been attached would not have their rects properly setup, and would
therefore appear glitched out on the top left corner of the menubar.

584b144953 WindowServer: Add basic virtual desktop support
This creates a 2-dimensional array of WindowStack instances, one for
each virtual desktop. The main desktop 0,0 is the main desktop, which
is the desktop used for all stationary windows (e.g. taskbar, desktop).
When adding windows to a desktop, stationary windows are always added
to the main desktop.

When composing the desktop, there are usually two WindowStacks
involved. For stationary windows, the main desktop will be traversed,
and for everything else the current virtual desktop will be iterated.
Iteration is interweaved to preserve the correct order. During the
transition animation, two WindowStacks will be iterated at the same
time.

4f11138e8e LibGUI+WindowServer: Add new WMEvent Super+Space
To make Assistant useful we need a way to quickly trigger it. I've
added a new specialized event coming from the window server for when a
user is holding down 'Super' and hits 'Space'.

The Taskbar will be able to listen for this event and spawn a new
instance of the Assistant if it's not already running.

41859ad3fe WindowServer: Add an Overlay class for flicker-free overlay rendering
An Overlay is similar to a transparent window, but has less overhead
and does not get rendered within the window stack. Basically, the area
that an Overlay occupies forces transparency rendering for any window
underneath, which allows us to render them flicker-free.

This also adds a new API that allows displaying the screen numbers,
e.g. while the user configures the screen layout in DisplaySettings

Because other things like drag&drop or the window-size label are not
yet converted to use this new mechanism, they will be drawn over the
screen-number currently.

61af9d882e WindowServer: Load multiple scaled versions of Bitmaps and Cursors
This enables rendering of mixed-scale screen layouts with e.g. high
resolution cursors and window button icons on high-dpi screens while
using lower resolution bitmaps on regular screens.
