2f7e5a5e40 WindowServer: Replace character with code point 
Replace u8 data type width u32. Remove character property from event and add code_point property for represent UTF-8 character.

cf3b58fbe8 Services: Renamed from Servers 
It didn't feel right to have a "DHCPClient" in a "Servers" directory.
Rename this to Services to better reflect the type of programs we'll
be putting in there.
