We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing class. Andreas Kling	f39b6ae3c6	LibJS: Avoid expensive UTF-8/16 conversion in legacy RegExp properties ... Let's not incur the cost of a synchronous conversion to UTF-8 for all the legacy static properties after running a regular expression.
