b6d4eea7ac LibJS: Never give back virtual memory once it belongs to a cell type
Instead of returning HeapBlock memory to the kernel (or a non-type
specific shared cache), we now keep a BlockAllocator per CellAllocator
and implement "deallocation" by basically informing the kernel that we
don't need the physical memory right now.

This is done with MADV_FREE or MADV_DONTNEED if available, but for other
platforms (including SerenityOS) we munmap and then re-mmap the memory
to achieve the same effect. It's definitely clunky, so I've added a
FIXME about implementing the madvise options on SerenityOS too.

The important outcome of this change is that GC types that use a
type-specific allocator become immune to use-after-free type confusion
attacks, since their virtual addresses will only ever be re-used for
the same exact type again and again.

Fixes #22274

1a97382305 LibGUI: Make Application's construction fallible
The pattern to construct `Application` was to use the `try_create`
method from the `C_OBJECT` macro. While being safe from an OOM
perspective, this method doesn't propagate errors from the constructor.
This patch make `Application` use the `C_OBJECT_ABSTRACT` and manually
define a `create` method that can bubble up errors from the
construction stage.

This commit also removes the ability to use `argc` and `argv` to
create an `Application`, only `Main`'s `Arguments` can be used.

From a user point of view, the patch renames `try_create` => `create`,
hence the huge number of modified files.

This patch replaces NonnullRefPtrVector<T> with Vector<NNRP<T>>.

29a3cdcfb7 Spreadsheet: Generate file previews in memory and save directly to file
When we were asked to make a new preview text, we first generated the
whole file in the /tmp directory and then read the first 8 lines to put
them in a text box. This was doing a bit of unnecessary work at first,
but more importantly, didn't work on a given file descriptor from
FileSystemAccessServer as we were copying a file to a filename instead,
meaning that we also had to unveil the whole home directory.

Anyway, previews will be written now to a MemoryStream by the generator,
which will limit to 8 lines. File saves will omit /tmp entirely,
allowing us to tighten program unveil list a little. :^)

0c24522635 LibGUI+Everywhere: Use fallible Window::set_main_widget() everywhere :^)
Rip that bandaid off!

This does the following, in one big, awkward jump:
- Replace all uses of `set_main_widget<Foo>()` with the `try` version.
- Remove `set_main_widget<Foo>()`.
- Rename the `try` version to just be `set_main_widget` because it's now
  the only one.

The majority of places that call `set_main_widget<Foo>()` are inside
constructors, so this unfortunately gives us a big batch of new
`release_value_but_fixme_should_propagate_errors()` calls.

dc65543fa9 Spreadsheet: Show the opened filename in the window title
Prior to this commit, there was a set_filename() function that could set
the window title, but actually it never did that. It was called only
in one place -- by the 'Save as...' action, but it always failed to
change anything, because there was a check that tried to reassign
the same filename. :/

This patch:
1. removes that check, and therefore
2. renames the function to simply `update_window_title()`,
3. starts calling the function from more places (at startup and after
   loading a file),
4. changes the window title order
   (`{app_name} - {filename}` -> `{filename} - {app_name}`) to match
the other applications style on the system. :^)

565a880ce5 Userland: Link directly against LibUnicodeData where needed
This is partially a revert of commits:
    10a8b6d411
    561b67a1ad

Rather than adding the prot_exec pledge requried to use dlopen(), we can
link directly against LibUnicodeData in applications that we know need
that library.

This might make the dlopen() dance a bit unnecessary. The same purpose
might now be fulfilled with weak symbols. That can be revisted next, but
for now, this at least removes the potential security risk of apps like
the Browser having prot_exec privileges.

10a8b6d411 Userland: Add unveil/pledge requisites for dynamic Unicode data loading

Further, the .so itself must be unveiled for reading. The "real" path is
unveiled (libunicodedata.so.serenity) as the symlink (libunicodedata.so)
itself cannot be unveiled.

d8bac4dbda Spreadsheet: Move menu and action code to initialize_menubar()
Previously, all the code to add menus and actions was in main().
This was messy and didn't allow us to reference the actions from
SpreadsheetWidget, which is needed in order to add a toolbar.

This commit moves the menu and action adding code to method on
SpreadsheetWidget called initialize_menubar() which is based upon
applications such as TextEditor which have identically named methods
doing the same thing.

In additon, clipboard_action(), previouly a lambda in main(), has also
been made into a method on SpreadsheetWidget since it would otherwise
be destroyed when it goes out of scope. (This was previously avoided by
declaring the lambda in main() so it's always in scope.)

51c2c69357 AK+Everywhere: Disallow constructing Functions from incompatible types
Previously, AK::Function would accept _any_ callable type, and try to
call it when called, first with the given set of arguments, then with
zero arguments, and if all of those failed, it would simply not call the
function and **return a value-constructed Out type**.
This lead to many, many, many hard to debug situations when someone
forgot a `const` in their lambda argument types, and many cases of
people taking zero arguments in their lambdas to ignore them.
This commit reworks the Function interface to not include any such
surprising behaviour, if your function instance is not callable with
the declared argument set of the Function, it can simply not be
assigned to that Function instance, end of story.
