ebf3829f1c LibWeb: Begin implementing the SVGLength type
There are a few unimplemented features for this type:

1. The value setter should throw a DOMException if it is invoked on an
   SVGLength that was declared readonly in another IDL file.

2. SVG::AttributeParser does not parse unit types when it parses lengths
   so all SVGLength will have an "unknown" unit for now.

3. Due to (2), methods which convert between units are unimplemented.

624527f15e LibWeb: Add stub implementation of HTMLOptionsCollection
This is a subtype of `DOM::HTMLCollection` that only holds
`HTMLOptionElement`s. In this stub implementation only `item`,
`namedItem` and `length`, inherited from HTMLCollection, are exposed.
This is good enough for applications that only read the collection.

cb0c5390ff LibWeb: Move mouse event and label logic from layout to painting tree
Input events have nothing to do with layout, so let's not send them to
layout nodes.

The job of Paintable starts to become clear. It represents a paintable
item that can be rendered into the viewport, which means it can also
be targeted by the mouse cursor.

02b316fd5c LibWeb: Let Paintable perform the painting
This patch adds a bunch of Paintable subclasses, each corresponding to
the Layout::Node subclasses that had a paint() override. All painting
logic is moved from layout nodes into their corresponding paintables.

Paintables are now created by asking a Layout::Box to produce one:

    static NonnullOwnPtr<Paintable> Layout::Box::create_paintable()

Note that inline nodes still have their painting logic. Since they
are not boxes, and all paintables have a corresponding box, we'll need
to come up with some other solution for them.

f6497b64ac LibWeb: Rename Painting::Box => Paintable
Calling this "Box" made it very confusing to look at code that used both
Layout::Box and Painting::Box. Let's try calling it Paintable instead.

a4d51b3dc2 LibWeb: Add Painting::Box and move things from Layout::Box into it
The "paintable" state in Layout::Box was actually not safe to access
until after layout had been performed.

As a first step towards making this harder to mess up accidentally,
this patch moves painting information from Layout::Box to a new class:
Painting::Box. Every layout can have a corresponding paint box, and
it holds the final used metrics determined by layout.

The paint box is created and populated by FormattingState::commit().

I've also added DOM::Node::paint_box() as a convenient way to access
the paint box (if available) of a given DOM node.

Going forward, I believe this will allow us to better separate data
that belongs to layout vs painting, and also open up opportunities
for naturally invalidating caches in the paint box (since it's
reconstituted by every layout.)

fabcee016f LibWeb: Add basic support for DOM's NodeIterator and NodeFilter
This patch adds NodeIterator (created via Document.createNodeIterator())
which allows you to iterate through all the nodes in a subtree while
filtering with a provided NodeFilter callback along the way.

This first cut implements the full API, but does not yet handle nodes
being removed from the document while referenced by the iterator. That
will be done in a subsequent patch.

c9700e100e LibWeb: Start making our layout system "transactional"
This patch adds a map of Layout::Node to FormattingState::NodeState.
Instead of updating layout nodes incrementally as layout progresses
through the formatting contexts, all updates are now written to the
corresponding NodeState instead.

At the end of layout, FormattingState::commit() is called, which
transfers all the values from the NodeState objects to the Node.

This will soon allow us to perform completely non-destructive layouts
which don't affect the tree.

Note that there are many imperfections here, and still many places
where we assign to the NodeState, but later read directly from the Node
instead. I'm just committing at this stage to make subsequent diffs
easier to understand.

e76e8e22b5 LibWeb: Separate "event listener" from "EventListener"
I can't imagine how this happened, but it seems we've managed to
conflate the "event listener" and "EventListener" concepts from the DOM
specification in some parts of the code.

We previously had two things:

    - DOM::EventListener
    - DOM::EventTarget::EventListenerRegistration

DOM::EventListener was roughly the "EventListener" IDL type,
and DOM::EventTarget::EventListenerRegistration was roughly the "event
listener" concept. However, they were used interchangeably (and
incorrectly!) in many places.

After this patch, we now have:

    - DOM::IDLEventListener
    - DOM::DOMEventListener

DOM::IDLEventListener is the "EventListener" IDL type,
and DOM::DOMEventListener is the "event listener" concept.

This patch also updates the addEventListener() and removeEventListener()
functions to follow the spec more closely, along with the "inner invoke"
function in our EventDispatcher.

d8388f30c8 Meta: Make the WrapperGenerator generate includes based on imports
We no longer include all the things, so each generated IDL file only
depends on the things it actually needs now.
A possible downside is that all IDL files have to explicitly import
their dependencies.

Note that non-IDL dependencies still remain and are injected into all
generated files, this can be resolved later if desired by allowing IDL
files to import headers.
