This patch adds a bunch of Paintable subclasses, each corresponding to
the Layout::Node subclasses that had a paint() override. All painting
logic is moved from layout nodes into their corresponding paintables.
Paintables are now created by asking a Layout::Box to produce one:
static NonnullOwnPtr<Paintable> Layout::Box::create_paintable()
Note that inline nodes still have their painting logic. Since they
are not boxes, and all paintables have a corresponding box, we'll need
to come up with some other solution for them.
Previously, these were added during layout. This didn't fit into the new
world where layout doesn't mutate the tree incrementally, so this patch
adds logic to Layout::TreeBuilder for adding a marker to each list-item
box after its children have been constructed.
List item markers will never have children, so let's mark them as such,
which now allows our layout system to skip over their "insides" and
going straight to positioning instead.
Previously they were positioned with a fixed offset. However this lead
to wider markers with more than one character to collide with the
element itself.
Now the ListItemMarkerBox generates and stores the appropriate String
in its constructor and sets its own width according to that.
The ListItemBox then lays out the Marker taking this width into
account.
This also made the painting a lot easier since we don't generate the
needed Strings every time we repaint, just once.
