Previously, touch would exit immediately if there was an error
changing file permissions. We now print an error to stderr and
continue when an error occurs.
That's what this class really is; in fact that's what the first line of
the comment says it is.
This commit does not rename the main files, since those will contain
other time-related classes in a little bit.
`inline` already assigns vague linkage, so there's no need to
also assign per-TU linkage. Allows the linker to dedup these
functions across TUs (and is almost always just the Right Thing
to do in C++ -- this ain't C).
`Core::Stream::File` shouldn't hold any utility methods that are
unrelated to constructing a `Core::Stream`, so let's just replace the
existing `Core::File::exists` with the nicer looking implementation.
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)
Previously, `touch` remained limited to creating files and updating
their current access and modifications time to the current time. It's
now capable of accepting two different timestamp formats with flags `-d`
and `-t` and referencing timestamps of other files with flag `-r`.
`touch` can also update only the last access time with `-a`, only the
last access time with `-m`, or update both as usual. `touch` updates
both left unspecified.
With `-c`, `touch` does not create a file if it doesn't already exist.
