Also run it across the whole tree to get everything using the One True Style.
We don't yet run this in an automated fashion as it's a little slow, but
there is a snippet to do so in makeall.sh.

and it's considerably faster than PIO, so let's use it. :^)

I've only tested this with the PIIX3 chipset QEMU emulates, but it works
pretty well here. GCC compile times are cut roughly in half :^)
