6159630fa0 LibGUI: Make BreadcrumbBar report drop events 
Dropping something on a breadcrumb segment button will now fire the
BreadcrumbBar::on_drop hook.

Fixes #4792.

818f7777c8 LibGUI: Add a basic BreadcrumbBar widget! :^) 
This can be used to implement segmented path bars in FileManager and
wherever else wanted.
