Andreas Kling	94ca55cefd	Meta: Add license header to source files ... As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a comment block to the top of every source file. For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright holder instead. Andrés Vieira	5f9c408a08	Userland: Add support for printing multiple columns to the cal command ... Now cal is able to print the entire year when only that is passed as an argument. For example: `cal 1992`. However this meant breaking the highlighted day escape sequence as it messed up the layout and the character count for each of the rows :( Now the current day is specified like 17* (for example for day 17).	2019-12-24 11:48:16 +01:00
