This seemed like a perfect fit for LibHTML. We can now style the IRC
channels and queries however we like with the power of HTML and CSS.
This patch doesn't do much in the way of styling, it just gets the
basic mechanism into place.
This was a workaround to be able to build on case-insensitive file
systems where it might get confused about <string.h> vs <String.h>.
Let's just not support building that way, so String.h can have an
objectively nicer name. :^)
Instead of LibGUI and WindowServer building their own copies of the drawing
and graphics code, let's it in a separate LibDraw library.
This avoids building the code twice, and will encourage better separation
of concerns. :^)
Also run it across the whole tree to get everything using the One True Style.
We don't yet run this in an automated fashion as it's a little slow, but
there is a snippet to do so in makeall.sh.
