The JS::Value being passed through is not a bigint, and needs to be converted using ConvertToInt, as per: https://webidl.spec.whatwg.org/#es-unsigned-long-long Furthermore, the IDL definition also specifies that this is associated with the [EnforceRange] extended attribute.
