Sam Atkins 4ad1695c78 WebContent: Add $() and $$() functions to browser console
These are based on the ones in Firefox:

`$(selector, element = document)`:
    Equivalent to `element.querySelector(selector)`.

`$$(selector, element = document)`:
    Equivalent to `element.querySelectorAll(selector)`.
