Tim Schumacher fad1114d4d Meta: Remove obsolete HeaderCheck .gitignore 
This appears to be a remnant from the earlier HeaderCheck revisions,
where CMakeLists.txt was automatically generated.

Now that a (static) copy of CMakeLists.txt is checked in, this file
doesn't have any effect anymore.
