AnotherTest bc7a149039 LibCrypto+LibTLS+Kernel: Switch the Cipher::Mode interface to use Span 
This shaves 2.5 more runtime seconds off 'disasm /bin/id', and makes the
Mode<T> interface a lot more allocation-friendly.
