644e764620 RequestServer: Use Core::System::pipe2 for creating the request FDs
This causes a behavior change in which the read FD is now non-blocking.
This is intentional, as this change avoids a deadlock between RS and
WebContent, where WC could block while reading from the request FD,
while RS is blocked sending a message to WC.

dd271adcf5 RequestServer: Do not defer establishing a TCP/TLS connection
The underlying issue here isn't quite understood yet, but for some
reason, when we defer this connection, we ultimately end up blocking
indefinitely on macOS when a subsequent StartRequest message tries to
send its request FD over IPC. We should continue investigating that
issue, but for now, this lets us use RequestServer more reliably on
macOS.

This keeps the APIs separate as they are wildly different, a future

cd4ebc45a0 RequestServer: Avoid multiple connections to incompatible servers
This really only implements a heuristic, assuming that HTTP/1.0 servers
cannot handle having multiple active connections; this assumption has
lots of false positives, but ultimately HTTP/1.0 is an out-of-date HTTP
version and people using it should just switch to a newer standard
anyway.

Specifically, python's "SimpleHTTPRequestHandler" utilises a
single-threaded HTTP/1.0 server, which means no keepalive and more
importantly, hangs and races with more than a single connection present.
This commit makes it so we serialise all requests to servers that are
known to serve only a single request per connection (aka HTTP/1.0 with
our setup, as we unconditionally request keepalive)

a1d669fe63 RequestServer: Make pre-connection job refcounted
Fixes #22582

Previously, the job and the (cache of them) would lead to a UAF, as
after `.start()` was called on the job it'd be immediately destroyed.

Example of previous bug:

```
// Note due to the cache &jobA == &jobB
auto& jobA = Job::ensure("https://r.bing.com/");
auto& jobB = Job::ensure("https://r.bing.com/");
// Previously, the first .start() free'd the job
jobA.start();
// So the second .start() was a UAF
jobB.start();
```

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:
  $ xs=$(ack -l \bDeprecatedString\b\|deprecated_string AK Userland \
    Meta Ports Ladybird Tests Kernel)
  $ perl -pie 's/\bDeprecatedString\b/ByteString/g;
    s/deprecated_string/byte_string/g' $xs
  $ clang-format --style=file -i \
    $(git diff --name-only | grep \.cpp\|\.h)
  $ gn format $(git ls-files '*.gn' '*.gni')

89877b3f40 RequestServer: Avoid race condition between cached request end/start
Prior to this commit, it was possible to get a socket stuck in a state
with enqueued entries, waiting for a nonexistent request to finish.
This state could be entered by issuing a request immediately after the
completion of another one, and before deferred_invoke execution in the
event loop.

This commit closes this hole by making sure the socket is never in a
state where it can queue requests without an active job.

6f972c190b Everywhere: Work around Clang trunk bug with templated lambda + Variant
Since 2023-09-08, Clang trunk has had a bug which causes a segfault when

There isn't an imminent fix on the horizon, so let's work around the
issue by specifying the type of the offending lambda arguments
explicitly.

8751be09f9 AK: Serialize URL hosts with 'concept-host-serializer'
In order to follow spec text to achieve this, we need to change the
underlying representation of a host in AK::URL to deserialized format.
Before this, we were parsing the host and then immediately serializing
it again.

Making that change resulted in a whole bunch of fallout.

After this change, callers can access the serialized data through
this concept-host-serializer. The functional end result of this
change is that IPv6 hosts are now correctly serialized to be
surrounded with '[' and ']'.

f883dc3eb0 RequestServer: Do not crash on Gemini responses
Starting a gemini request creates a pipe for the output stream for the
response, and a Core::Stream::File object is created from that pipe.
Previously, the length of the response was computed by calling
output_stream.size() which used lseek on the file descriptor. Doing that
returned an error from lseek. Computing the value by counting the
received bytes (via Gemini::Job::response_length) avoids that crash.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*

Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.
