Usually operations that mirror AOs from the Infra spec are simply part
of the underlying data structures in AK directly, but these don't seem
generally useful enough to add them as ByteBuffer methods.
The main thing that is missing is validating certain pieces of data
against XML productions in well-formed mode, but nothing uses
well-formed mode right now.
Required by Closure Library for sanitising HTML.

To achieve this goal:
- The Browser unveils "/tmp/portal/filesystemaccess"
- Pass the page through LoadRequest => ResourceLoader
- ResourceLoader requests a file to the FileSystemAccessServer via IPC
- OutOfProcessWebView handles it and sends a file descriptor back to
the Page.
This is a helper class for clipping the corners off a element.
This works in a similar way to how (outline) borders are painted.
The steps are:
1. A small bitmap that fits only the corners is allocated
2. The corners are painted into the bitmap
3. The existing pixels (where the corners will be painted)
are copied using the (inverse) corner bitmap as a mask
(done before the element is painted)
4. The element is painted
5. The areas outside the corner radii are restored
Like with the borders, this only requires allocation on the first
paint.
This is the final component that required LibProtocol as a dependency
of LibWeb. With this, we can now remove the dependency, and LibWeb no
longer requires IPC to work :^)
After this change, LibWeb now expects Web::ImageDecoding::Decoder to be
pre-initialized with a concrete implementation before using the webpage.
The previous implementation, based on the ImageDecoder service, has been
provided directly through an adapter in LibWebClient, and is now used as
the default value by WebContent.
Also moves WebContentClient and the references to the generated IPC
descriptions, since they are all components of OutOfProcessWebView.
This patch has no functional changes.
Alias values are represented by "alias-name=real-name".
We have a lot of repetitive code for converting between ValueID and
property-specific enums. Let's see if we can generate it. :^)
This first step just produces the enums, from a JSON file. The values in
there are a duplication of what's in Properties.json, but eventually
those will go away.
This element doesn't actually support anything at the moment, but it
still massively speeds up painting performance on Wikipedia! :^)
How? Because we no longer paint SVG <path> elements found inside
<clipPath> elements. SVGClipPathElement::create_layout_node() returns
nullptr which stops the layout tree builder from recursing further into
the subtree, and so the <path> element never gets a layout or paint box.
Mousing over Wikipedia now barely break 50% CPU usage on my machine :^)
